California Residents, or any purchasers requesting delivery in CA, acknowledge and agree that use of and purchasing products from our our site is at your own risk, and hereby waive any and all claims related to Proposition 65 warnings, lack of warning, or any other reason arising from CA law. Our business is not located in CA and you can choose to disuse our site as your sole remedy. Please also note, that some products are not available in all areas, depending on dealer agreements.
International buyers should be aware that not all products are wired for acceptance of international voltages, may not contain the needed power cables for international use, or otherwise require you to use a step-voltage adjustment tool to achieve optimal usage conditions. Damage caused by the buyer from applications of improper voltage are not covered by any warranty, return or replacement policy.

Notice to California residents or deliveries made in California (Prop. 65)
Some of the products Lunchbox Audio sells contain chemicals, or were produced with chemicals which CA has identified as being known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm in humans.
Under Proposition 65, the State of California maintains a list of hundreds of these chemicals that the State believes could cause cancer or reproductive harm to humans in certain circumstances where they may be exposed to these chemicals.The proposition is intended to protect the state's drinking water sources from being contaminated by these chemicals, by allowing consumers to be aware of the chemicals in the products they are purchasing, presumably because eventually it may end up in a landfill and contaminate CA water supplies, and/or in an unlikely event directly cause harm. If a product could expose a person in California to any of these chemicals, a label may be required on the product. For many chemicals on the State's list, there are no minimum thresholds on exposures that trigger the requirement for a warning. As of 2018, CA now thinks internet resellers should have to warn CA residents on each product. This is an unrealistic burden to immediately adhere to. Lunchbox Audio does not believe its products pose an unreasonable risk to users. If a purchaser has any question about whether a product is labeled with a chemical warning, or will be in the near future, by a manufacturer, we place the responsibility on the buyer to contact us to verify before placing an order on our website.

Paying for Orders
Lunchbox Audio accepts Lunchbox Audio Gift Cards, Credit & Debit Cards, and PayPal. These include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Generally, Lunchbox Audio will authorize your card at the time you place your order and charge your card when the order is fulfilled. In the event you have placed a pre-order, we may elect to charge your card normally or place a pre-authorization on your card that may reduce your available line of credit. In most cases, your paid pre-order locks in your position in line to receive your order before other potential buyers.
In general, Lunchbox Audio will only ship to the cardholder's credit card billing address. If the information provided with your order does not provide a valid AVS match, or you request a 3rd party delivery address, your order may be delayed or cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse any form of payment.
As of May 2019, PayPal has changed their policy not to issue refunds of PayPal fees when a merchant refunds a payment. As such, we no longer regularly accept PayPal as a direct online payment method. Customers who elect to be invoiced in PayPal accept that PayPal fees incurred for payment acceptance will not be refunded if you cancel your order, return an order, change an order, etc.
Lunchbox Audio may occasionally offer promotional discounts through the use of unique discount codes. Valid coupons may offer discounts when you check out. These codes have no cash value, may expire without notice, and are not guaranteed. In the event of a refund when a promotional code was used, the code is not refundable.
Lunchbox Audio may occasionally offer promotional deferred interest financing on purchases when you hold a Lunchbox Audio Store Credit Card. Please see our financing page for more details. (Note: This program has been temporarily suspended).
Sales Tax Policy
Lunchbox Audio collects and remits state and local sales tax for all orders delivered in the State of Washington.
Although we do not collect sales tax for all states, customers may still be liable for use tax where the product is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to remit and pay any taxes due on a purchase that we have not collected. If required by law, we may send an annual statement to the customer and the customer's state revenue body with information on taxable purchases made during the year. This statement may include the customer's name, addresses, and amount of taxable purchases.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Lunchbox Audio offers free shipping on most orders of $100.00 or more to US Destinations. The shipping service used for free shipping is at the sole discretion of Lunchbox Audio. You may choose an expedited service for an additional fee.
Lunchbox Audio ships via common carriers, including but not limited to the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service, and Federal Express. Tracking and insurance is provided for each shipment. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Also, please note that in some cases, international shipping may take longer if we normally drop ship the item domestically.
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, but in some cases it can take longer. Products may ship from our warehouse in Bellingham, WA, from a 3rd party warehouse, or direct from the manufacturer. USA delivery may take between 1 - 10 days on average (International 7-30 days) depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
While we make every effort to complete orders at the pace requested, we cannot guarantee order fulfillment times or 3rd party shipping carrier delivery times. In the event Lunchbox Audio feels it cannot meet a shipping request in a timely or reasonable fashion, an attempt will be made to contact the customer with the contact details provided on the order in order to inform of any delays.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
In the rare event your order does not arrive, you must notify Lunchbox Audio within 14 days of the original shipment date.
Lunchbox Audio reserves the right to verify and refuse any order you make on the Lunchbox Audio website without giving any reason. Lunchbox Audio may attempt to verify the information you have provided, refuse to complete processing of the order, or reduce quantities requested in your order. If your order is adjusted or rejected, we will attempt to contact you with the information you have provided and any amount due back to your credit card will be refunded.
Lunchbox Audio offers a 14-Day No Hassle Return Policy on most new, unopened merchandise shipped within the United States. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If your purchase was eligible for our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, international returns are handled case by case. We will make every reasonable effort to make each of our valued customers, whether domestic or international, whole on any purchase when a problem is encountered.
In the event of return or repair, customers are generally responsible for shipping and must contact (support @ lunchboxaudio.com) for a return authorization number and shipping instructions before sending any merchandise.
Items sold as "new" that are unopened and unused, with the exception of personal items (listed below), may be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund or store credit, less any shipping and delivery fees.
Items sold as "new" (exception: analog tape - see manufacturer's warranty) that are determined to be defective within 14 days of receipt may be exchanged for the same product, if still available, or a similar product of equal value if the item has been discontinued. In the event an item cannot be found of equal value to replace the defective item, the customer may receive store credit to be applied against another purchase, or a full refund. In the event that a product is found to be defective, and more than 14 days have elapsed since receipt of product delivery, the product will generally default to coverage under any applicable manufacturer's warranty for repair or replacement. (See your product warranty for details.)
Opened items sold as "new" may be returned for merchandise credit; However, the items may be subjected up to a 30% restocking fee. In order to minimize restocking fees, items must be returned in resalable condition including all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.
In general, we do not accept returns for items sold as "used" or "b-stock". Lunchbox Audio makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos of each item in these categories and any cosmetic or functional deficiencies are noted on the product page which customer accepts upon making the purchase. Returns in these categories will not be accepted for solely cosmetic defects. In the unlikely event an item sold in these categories is determined to be other than described upon receipt of shipment by customer, then Lunchbox Audio may, at it's sole discretion, offer to repair, replace, or otherwise compensate the customer in order to make them whole on their purchase.
We do not accept returns for items that are not returned in resalable condition, software, items construed to be personal items (including personal microphones, personal earphones, or other items that are construed as personal items, etc.), or items damaged during customer installation.
If a reel of analog tape is determined to be defective, the manufacturer's warranty will apply and we will assist the customer in working with the tape manufacturer to obtain warranty performance.
Our "Free Shipping" offer may only apply to the original shipment. If an item is being returned for exchange, additional shipping charges may be applied to the original order. Large items such as furniture, acoustics, stands, etc... are costly to ship, so please keep this in mind when placing your order that you've selected the correct model or desired color of an item to prevent additional return and exchange costs down the line.
Lunchbox Audio reserves the right to discontinue the right of return for customers with excessive return history.
If there is any doubt about the return policy of a specific item, please contact Lunchbox Audio before placing your order.
When a return request has been approved, the customer is granted up to 10 business days to ship the item back. Failure to complete the return process within a timely fashion may void the return performance of Lunchbox Audio.
When a return is shipped, customers should use a trackable service with signature delivery and package insurance for their own safety. Until Lunchbox Audio has received the return in the expected condition, the item is still in the responsibility and care of the customer. Customers agree to not hold Lunchbox Audio liable for lost or damaged return packages. Lost or damaged claims may be filed by the customer with their shipping carrier.
All returns should be shipped back safely packed to avoid damage to the internal contents. General guidelines suggest at least 2" of cushion around each side to prevent damage during shipment.
Refunds & Store Credit
You should expect to receive your refund or store credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). International processing times may take longer.
If your purchase was eligible for our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Lunchbox Audio may occasionally accept an item from you for trade-in towards other merchandise. The process for trading an item begins with a phone or email discussion between you and Lunchbox Audio. A trade-in may consist of merchandise only or merchandise and a cash payment, where applicable. If it seems likely that your trade-in will be accepted at an amount agreeable to both parties, then you will be instructed to ship your trade-in item to our store for review. Customers are responsible for shipping the item.
Once Lunchbox Audio has received and reviewed your item, Lunchbox Audio may accept the trade as originally stated, or if problems are discovered Lunchbox Audio may attempt to renegotiate the trade, or cancel the transaction.
In the event your trade is accepted, Lunchbox Audio will ship your new merchandise according to our regular shipping policy.
If you owe Lunchbox Audio a payment in addition to your traded item, Lunchbox Audio will invoice you for full payment of the outstanding balance before shipping your new merchandise.
If Lunchbox Audio owes you funds as part of any trade, these funds may be conveyed in the form of store credit, a Company Check, or via PayPal.
In the event Lunchbox Audio decides not to accept your item for trade, Lunchbox Audio will ship return ship your item via common carrier. The method of return delivery is at the sole discretion of Lunchbox Audio.
In the event of an error on the Lunchbox Audio website, the information may be updated or changed at any time. In the event of a pricing error, the price may be corrected at any time before Lunchbox Audio ships the merchandise. Lunchbox Audio will confirm any changes to your order before completing any charge. If a charge has already been made, Lunchbox Audio will confirm any price changes before shipment, and in the event of order cancellation, Lunchbox Audio will refund the charge.
Lunchbox Audio may terminate your account at any time. Lunchbox Audio reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of the Lunchbox Audio website at any time.
General Statement of Principles As described in detail below, any information we gather at this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason - period. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.
Statistical Data Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. This information is not used for any other purpose.
Personal Information Collected - Order Forms With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us at support @ lunchboxaudio.com with your request. We do not store any type of credit card information.
