Condition: This unit is in fair cosmetic condition. Internally, the unit appears clean. Externally, there are some rack scratches and tape residue, the rack ears have bends, it is missing a front panel screw. Operationally, everything works except the "B" output LED does not light, and the internal battery needs to be replaced because it does not hold delay settings when powered down. Output signal is clean and the delays are working. This unit has 3 optional output transformers valued at $50-60 each, and the unit is operational, so the value has been mostly placed on those.
The Klark-Teknik DN716 is a multiple output digital audio delay line offering over 1.3 scones of signal delay in each of its three outputs.
It incorporates 16-Bit A/D and D/A converters.
The delay time on each output can be changed in 20 micro second steps from zero to 1.311 seconds.
The standard configuration of this unit was electronically balanced input and unbalanced outputs. However, this unit was retrofitted with the optional E5-TA007 balanced output transformer on each output (see pictures).
