Trade In Your Unused Gear

Trade-In Policy

Lunchbox Audio may occasionally accept an item from customers for trade-in towards other merchandise. The process for trading an item begins with a phone or email discussion between the customer and Lunchbox Audio. A trade-in may consist of merchandise only or merchandise and a cash payment, where applicable. If the customer accepts Lunchbox Audio's offer, then the customer will be instructed to ship the trade-in item to our store for review. Customers are responsible for shipping the item.

Once Lunchbox Audio has received and reviewed the trade-in items, Lunchbox Audio may accept the trade as originally stated, or if problems are discovered Lunchbox Audio may attempt to renegotiate the trade, or cancel the transaction.

In the event Lunchbox Audio decides not to accept a customer's items for trade, Lunchbox Audio will return ship the items via common carrier. The method of return delivery is at the sole discretion of Lunchbox Audio. However, in the event a customer changes their mind about the originally negotiated trade for any reason, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer may pay Lunchbox Audio for the return shipping costs or provide their own prepaid shipping label.

In the event a customer's trade is accepted, Lunchbox Audio will ship the new merchandise according to its regular shipping policy. If the customer owes Lunchbox Audio a payment in addition to the traded items, Lunchbox Audio will require full payment of the outstanding balance before shipping the new merchandise. If Lunchbox Audio has agreed to credit the customer as part of any trade, the form of credit will be in accordance with Lunchbox Audio's original trade-in offer or store credit.
